1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fit & Flair Shirts’ website (the "Site") and placing an order, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or place orders.

2. Order Placement & Confirmation

  • You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
  • When placing an order, you warrant that all information provided (name, address, contact details) is accurate and complete.
  • We reserve the right to confirm or reject any order at our discretion, including orders with incorrect pricing, unavailable items, or suspicious activity.
  • A confirmation email will be sent after order submission, but this does not constitute final acceptance—orders are confirmed only after we verify stock and delivery feasibility.

3. Payment Terms

  • The Site exclusively offers Cash on Delivery (COD) as the payment method. No other payment options (credit/debit cards, digital wallets, etc.) are accepted.
  • Full payment in cash must be made to the delivery agent at the time of order receipt. Failure to pay will result in order cancellation, and no delivery will be completed.
  • There are no additional fees for COD—prices displayed on the Site include all applicable charges (excluding return shipping costs, if applicable).

4. Delivery

  • Delivery is available to eligible regions as specified during checkout. We do not ship to locations outside the listed service areas.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery partners, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • You (or an authorized recipient aged 18+) must be present at the provided delivery address to accept the order and make payment. If no one is available to receive the order after 2 attempted deliveries, the order may be canceled without prior notice.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a cash refund (consistent with our COD policy). Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
  • Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds are issued in cash via the same delivery partner or a designated method confirmed by our support team.
  • Custom-sized items (if applicable) and final-sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

6. Product Information & Availability

  • We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and sizing information, but we do not warrant that such content is error-free. Minor variations in color, fabric, or fit may occur due to manufacturing or display differences.
  • Product availability is subject to change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after order placement, we will notify you and cancel the affected portion of your order.

7. Privacy & Data Usage

  • Your personal information (name, address, contact details) is collected solely to process orders, facilitate delivery, and provide customer support. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties except as necessary to fulfill orders (e.g., with delivery partners).
  • We use secure measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted via the internet.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Fit & Flair Shirts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including but not limited to lost profits, delays, or inconvenience) arising from the use of the Site or receipt of products.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to your order or these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid for the affected product(s).

9. Modifications to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Fit & Flair Shirts operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, or through the appropriate legal channels in the governing jurisdiction.
